Scan Failures

If a scan fails, use this checklist to recover quickly.

Common causes

  • Site is behind login or bot protection.
  • URL redirects to an unsupported destination.
  • Network timeout or temporary provider outage.
  • Workspace configuration is incomplete.

What to do

  1. Confirm the primary site URL is reachable in a browser.
  2. Verify the site does not block scan requests.
  3. Re-run the scan from the workspace actions panel.
  4. If the failure persists, open support and include the manifest or workspace ID.
