Scan Failures
If a scan fails, use this checklist to recover quickly.
Common causes
- Site is behind login or bot protection.
- URL redirects to an unsupported destination.
- Network timeout or temporary provider outage.
- Workspace configuration is incomplete.
What to do
- Confirm the primary site URL is reachable in a browser.
- Verify the site does not block scan requests.
- Re-run the scan from the workspace actions panel.
- If the failure persists, open support and include the manifest or workspace ID.
