Common Issues

Scan Fails

If your scan fails:

1. Check that the website URL is accessible
2. Verify the site doesn't require authentication
3. Ensure the site allows scanning requests
4. Check for JavaScript errors in the browser console

Deployment Fails

If deployment fails:

1. Verify your GTM container ID is correct
2. Check that you have proper OAuth permissions
3. Ensure your Google account has access to the GTM container
4. Review the deployment logs for specific errors

Manifest Not Ready

If a manifest isn't ready:

1. Wait a few minutes for processing
2. Check the manifest status page
3. Review any error messages
4. Try running a new scan
